 Orders placed by 2 pm Monday-Friday typically qualify for same day delivery.  If close to 2 pm please call to make sure deliveries can still be made. Deliveries are made from 10-6pm and I do not guarantee specific delivery times, however I will do my best to accommodate morning or afternoons. Deliveries made to businesses and schools will be made first. 

Saturday and Sunday deliveries are reserved for events and premade delivery arrangements. Saturday orders qualify for same day delivery if made by 11 AM unless there is a posted note online that I am closed for an event.  It is best to call for weekend deliveries. 

if no one is home—If conditions allow, the flowers may be left in a safe secure place. In the event of bad weather or where flowers can not be left,  contact will be made with the sender/recipient and the arrangement may be brought back pending redelivery. 

if there is reason to believe the address is incorrect at time of delivery, I will contact the sender. I am not responsible for deliveries made to the wrong address given by the customer.  If a delivery is made to the wrong address the customer is liable for the purchase. 

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your arrangement due to the availability of certain flowers and time of the year. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal or greater value.
